Criminal cases - Royal Decree
The tariffs for deeds and other documents by judicial officers are determined by Royal Decree. Judicial officers must apply those tariffs and may not make any changes thereto. A judicial officer must state the amount of his fees on each document and provide a breakdown of the total costs.
